About Our Location
Our office is located in the heart of Birmingham's business district, within walking distance of New Street Station. The Colmore Business District provides easy access via public transport from across the Midlands and beyond.
Street parking is limited, but several multi-storey car parks operate within a five-minute walk. The nearest is the Snowhill Car Park on Livery Street.
For clients arriving by train, exit New Street Station via the Stephenson Street exit and walk north along Colmore Row. Our building is on the left side, approximately seven minutes on foot.
Most consultations can be conducted remotely via video call if visiting the office is not convenient for you.

Absolutely. While our office is in Birmingham, we work with clients across the entire United Kingdom via video consultations. Geography is not a barrier. The majority of our ongoing clients never visit the office in person.
We accept bank transfer and major debit and credit cards. Payment is typically requested after the consultation, though ongoing support packages may be invoiced monthly in advance. We will provide clear payment instructions when you book.
Life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. With sufficient notice, there is no charge to move your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
